Having The Absolute Pleasure Of Joining @pasticceria_caruso At @stocklandwetherillpark Meeting The Owner Giuseppe Caruso And His Team. It Felt Like Home. So Welcoming, Warm And Friendly. His Patisserie Was Filled With Returning Customers And New Faces. I Could Definitely Understand Why.
I Have Come Across Many Patisseries In My Time But What Stood Out For Me With This Patisserie Was The Love And Passion He Had For His Business Customers And Staff.

So Many Cakes And Sweets To Recommend I Was Lucky Enough To Try Them. Though I Highly Recommend The Cannolis (Vanilla, Ricotta, Chocolate And Especially The Biscoff Cannoli) And The Coffee Sospiri, Pesca, Fruit Tarts, Amaretti Biscotti Biscuits And More. They Have Such a Wonderful Range Of Delicious Continental Sweets You Wouldnt Know Where To Start. In Need Of a Birthday Cake Or a Cake In General? They Also Make Cakes As Well.

I recently had the small sized Cannoli Bazooka for my birthday and loved it – I think mine had 20 or 25 Cannoli in it and the GIANT BAZOOKA has about 50 Cannoli – save it for a celebration and it will be marvellous, a massive centrepiece.⠀

Sharing some photos of my trip up the coast from not long ago. Looking back at these pictures I remember what a wonderful trip this was, exploring more of NSW that in my 3.5 years since arriving here from New Zealand I still hadn’t seen yet, and loving the beautiful scenic views. Rivers, lakes, oceans, lighthouses, taking it all in over a few short days was an absolute breathtaking experience I’ll never forget. I’ll also never forget the snacks we took with us, like the tarts, cannolis and cream puffs from @pasticceria_caruso. Pasticceria Caruso, a pattiserie offering a selection of cakes, biscuits and pastries, was the key to our delicious picnic by the riverside on the way to Byron. Even in addition to the other foods we packed, Pasticceria Caruso stole the show. Definitely can’t go past their incredible cannoli and caramel tarts, a sweet way to start our journey! ❤️

Illawarra fans of the popular Italian dessert cannoli are in for a big treat.
Big in terms of a giant cannoli stuffed with 50 normal-sized cannolis.
Store owner Giuseppe Caruso said Pasticceria Caruso was one of the first in Australia to make the ‘Bazooka Cannoli’.
