Sharing some photos of my trip up the coast from not long ago. Looking back at these pictures I remember what a wonderful trip this was, exploring more of NSW that in my 3.5 years since arriving here from New Zealand I still hadn’t seen yet, and loving the beautiful scenic views. Rivers, lakes, oceans, lighthouses, taking it all in over a few short days was an absolute breathtaking experience I’ll never forget. I’ll also never forget the snacks we took with us, like the tarts, cannolis and cream puffs from @pasticceria_caruso. Pasticceria Caruso, a pattiserie offering a selection of cakes, biscuits and pastries, was the key to our delicious picnic by the riverside on the way to Byron. Even in addition to the other foods we packed, Pasticceria Caruso stole the show. Definitely can’t go past their incredible cannoli and caramel tarts, a sweet way to start our journey! ❤️
