About Pasticceria Caruso
Pasticceria Caruso is named after its founder Giuseppe Caruso, and began its adventure as a thriving retail and wholesale operation more than a decade ago.
Giuseppe (aka ‘Pino) started his foray into all things sweet with his first store at Stockland Wetherill Park, after making a transition from the office world.
Thanks to a strong and talented team of pastry chefs and clever cake decorators, traditional cannoli makers, and biscuits and cake masters, Pasticceria Caruso is renowned as the premium choice for all occasion cakes, as well as signature desserts available in store.
The retail store presence has grown to five stores around Sydney: Stockland Wetherill Park, Rhodes Waterside, Stockland Shellharbour, Menai Marketplace, and a stand alone store in Russell Lea.
From the delicious old school classics including our hugely popular continental cake and the ‘pesca’ mini cake, to modern classics including the Nutella cake, and ricotta cheesecake, to the baked on site amaretti biscuits, and of course our popular cannoli in traditional and limited edition flavours, Pasticceria Caruso has a variety of dessert options covered. Giuseppe’s dedicated crew of pastry chefs make the magic happen.
Always the innovator, the Pasticceria Caruso cannoli bazooka is instantly recognisable, the dessert box has also become our signature, and the team continue to innovate with their just launched and easy to use delivery service which brings the freshest desserts to all of the Sydney metropolitan area, the Camden area, the Illawarra region, the Northern Beaches, and the lower Blue Mountains area.
